looks like he needs backup. Some of the animals that poor tiger has been mistaken for: "Is that your cute little horse?" "Aaahhh...did Ian bring out his llama?" "Ma'am...your son just dropped his, um, yeah."
After Habitot we went to our neighbor's pirate party. Ian's been very huggy lately and Tomas is easy to hug. You know the party's over when toddlers (Cozin, in this case) are trying to nap on the train table.
Dad takes a few days off and gets a taste of the SAHM life. We met Ian's pals Liana, Maya and Ally at Yerba Buena in San Francisco today and got the stamp of approval: "Oh, WOW!"
Halloween carnival at the YMCA. We dragged our sorry, supposedly non-contagious behinds to have some Halloween fun, darn-it. Madeline and Ian had fun at the kindergym and the dance room.
We got to the pumpkin patch and Ian exclaimed "Oh, wow!" He had a great time. Here he is sneaking up to a pumpkin and trying to pick it up. "Arrrrrr..."
My Dad's cousin Sabina had her second this past week. (Does that make Ian and Marissa third cousins once removed or something?) It's the year of the girl in our family. Coupled with news that Big Yaya is getting better everyday, it's been a good week after all. Check out that smile on big brother, Aiden, btw.
