I Am a Bunny

Another kissing phase. Dad reads him 'I Am a Bunny' every night before bed.

  1. i am a bunny
my name is nicholas and i live in a hollow tree
in the spring i like to pick flowers
i chase the butterflies and the butterflies chase me
in the summer i like to lie in the sun and watch the birds
and I like to watch the frogs in the pond
when it rains i keep dry under a toad stool
in the fall I watch the leaves falling from the trees
and i watch the animals getting ready for the winter
and when the winter comes i watch the show falling from the sky
and then i curl up in my hollow tree and dream about the spring

    THE END

    KISS THE BUNNY GOODNIGHT

  2. Now, say goodnight to all the animals ("bye bye" and a wave). Kiss Mama (usually no kiss). Mama kiss Ian (big kiss from Mom and a hug). Mom says, "Sweet Dreams; I love you."
Then Mom passes Ian to Dad and Dad turns off all the lights, says goodnight to a few more things in the room and puts Ian to bed.
