Tiniest of the tiny!

Some of Ian's friends are getting new brothers and sisters. This is Eva's sister, Elsa at her first outing. Can't get over how little and sweet she is.
Camera battery died before I could get pics of Eva and Ian playing, but they had a pretty good time playing "Peek-a-you" together. *Somebody* has a lot to say these days, even while he's swinging ("I swing...Sawaa! Look me! Kermit? Fozzy Bear? Missy Pig? Baby swing? Oh...Baby sleeping.")

Arlington Park, El Cerrito.
He wanted his milk and Cheerios and set up office, waiting.

"Like Daddy's Jacket"

We've been able to get Ian's clothes on by telling him it's just like something we wear. His hoodies are "just like daddy's jacket". This is "shirt de daddy" and "daddy's short".

Our Happy Guy

Ian loves to play and dance and make us laugh. He thinks everything is "funny". His latest joke: "I skeered of giraffes" gets us every time.

tofuttie cuties

Poolside at Gaga's. Time to get some floaties.

short heatwave

Ian and I went to fourth street to pick out some sandals last Friday. He wanted "shoe off", but one small plastic tiger later, we were happily walking up and down the street. He just loves to walk without the stroller these days.

he does yoga

pulls out the mat himself and does "down-dog" and "cat"

Ian-isms

No pics lately, but here are a few good Ian-isms:

1."againagain!"
2. "OhhhhhKAAAAY!"
3. "Hi, Neeeemer (Neighbor)!"
4. "I like it."
6. "I Scream (Ice Cream)!!!!!"
7. "What's Dat????!!!!"
8. "Dat's (Insert Ernie, Bert, Oscar) or "It's the Mommy! It's the Daddy!"
9."What's happen???"
10."Awu (water) fell!" (Liquids "mysteriously" spill every morning when we turn our backs.)
11. "I skeered of cows."
A special mention for "Phone dancing!" and subsequent rock out when my cell phone rings.
